Photo Op
Days like this I wish I had a camera phone - so I could take a picture of the two people smoking right in front of the "for the courtesy of others, this is a no smoking area" sign.

Maybe they 'speaka no english' or reada no english. LOL
I'm sure they could read and speak English pefectly, like the WASPs they were. They just didn't care.
It was like the scene from Lethal Weapon 2.
Captain: Riggs, do you know what this says? *Throws Riggs a 'No Smoking' sign*
Riggs: *with cigarette in mouth* Yeah, the same thing as this. *points to another 'No smoking' sign* But I don't give a fuck.
